Working according to appointment

  • What are the delivery times?
    Orders placed before 5 PM from Monday to Friday will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday. Please note that customers residing in other European countries may receive the product within 1 to 2 weeks.
  • How does delivery work?
    CarPlayZone works together with PostNL & DHL, who handle your order with care and ensure reliable delivery.
  • What are the shipping costs?
    At CarPlayZone you pay no shipping costs! We make sure that your order is delivered to you free of charge and as quickly as possible, so that you can enjoy your purchase immediately.
  • How can I pay for my order?
    In addition to iDeal and credit card payments, we also accept Klarna, Bancontact, PayPal, Amex, Maestro, Master, Visa and UnionPay.
  • Which telephones are the products suitable for?
    All our products are specifically designed for smartphones that support Android Auto or Apple CarPlay. Whether you use an iPhone or an Android device, our systems ensure seamless integration with your car. As long as your device supports Android Auto or Apple CarPlay, you can be sure of full compatibility with our products – plug & play, without any hassle.
  • Can the product be paired with multiple phones at the same time?
    Our products can be paired with up to six phones, but only one phone can be connected at a time. If you want to pair it with a new phone, you must first delete the current connection. Please note that the system settings of the product by default only automatically connect to the last used phone.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, certainly! This can be done within 14 days after ordering the product. Please note: for products that are backordered and have a delivery time of 3 to 6 working days, we will deduct 10%. This is because these products are specially brought from our main depot to our warehouse for you.
  • Does the product drain the battery?
    No, our products come with the correct wiring so that it does not drain the battery. For some products (such as the car screens) the small red plug must be disconnected as indicated.
  • Levering naar het buitenland
    Alle bestellingen buiten Nederland en België worden binnen 1 tot 2 weken geleverd. CarPlayZone werkt samen met betrouwbare leveranciers die gebruikmaken van meerdere fulfilmentcentra in Duitsland. Om de levertijd zo kort mogelijk te houden, kunnen bestellingen buiten Nederland en België rechtstreeks vanuit deze centra worden verzonden.
