Not satisfied? You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition.

Return conditions

Registration within 14 days of receipt via info@carplayzone.nl stating your order number.

The product must be unused and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging.

Already installed products or completed installation services cannot be returned.

After approval, we will send you the return address and further steps. Return shipping costs are for the buyer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and material defects that occur under normal use.

Not covered by warranty

Warranty does not apply to:

  • damage due to incorrect installation;
  • physical damage, such as fall damage or liquid damage;
  • wear and tear from normal use.

Claiming warranty?

Send an email to info@carplayzone.nl with photos of the defect and your order number. We aim to respond within 2/3 working days.
